What data we process and why

• Contact form (name, email, message): only to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Order data (name, shipping address, email, phone): to process, produce and ship your order. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Payment data: handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card details. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Billing/accounting data: to meet tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics, without cookies. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Recipients (processors)

To provide the service we rely on:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printful — on-demand printing and shipping. This may involve an international transfer (USA) carried out with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
• Netlify — website hosting and handling of the contact form.
• Cloudflare — privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics.

Retention

Order and billing data are kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Contact messages and other data are kept only as long as necessary for the stated purpose.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to jc@identidad.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
